What do you like best about iChannel Document Management?

I really like how easy it is to keep everything organized in one place. The search feature works well — it saves a lot of time when I need to find specific files or client documents. I also find the version tracking and audit trail helpful because they make it easy to stay compliant and avoid confusion with multiple versions. What do you dislike about iChannel Document Management?

Sometimes the system can feel a bit old-fashioned, and it takes a little while to get used to the layout. Uploading large files can be slow at times, and I wish there were more simple customization options without needing tech support. iChannel helps us keep all our client and internal documents organized in one secure place. Before using it, tracking versions and finding the latest files used to take a lot of time. Now, everything is easy to search and access, and the audit trail ensures accuracy and compliance.
