What do you like best about iChannel CRM?

the interface is awesome, the different tabs for different information is well made. The display is awesome .I used files ,contacts . The other crm has hapazard way u need to click many tabs to go end result. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iChannel CRM?

for contacts there should be much more bifurcation/seprate tabs to look for a particular set of clients information based on some particular topic. So please add that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering iChannel CRM:

Its a software for our help solving many problems at once so please use with due diligence store your clients/business information properly in different tabs , make use of software properly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iChannel CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

listing of clients, their information rater writing it in notes or somewhere we have a proper tab in software to do the needful. Yes the business performance increased by keeping proper records of clients and their files Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
