Be sure your PIM / data management process is clear on your side first.

Adopt test & learn approach in outsourcing new tasks to Icecat.

What problems is Icecat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Icecat supports the sales assistants and the KAMs in various tasks that were very time-consuming and with limited added value.

Such as sending specific assets to clients, filling up retailer templates or inputing retailer platforms.

The operational team works in a timely manner and efficiently.

The lead project team in Monaco is super engaged, proactive and nice to work with. They always find out roundabouts for any new roadblocker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
