What do you like best about IBM Workload Automation?
The graphical user interface is great to use and makes things easy. IWA has a REST API interface that's front ended using swagger, which makes development and testing straight forward. Product works well in both datacenter and cloud environments including Kubernetes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about IBM Workload Automation?
IBM documentation could do with improving. It's such a broad automation product that some pieces need further depth in documentation, even though the features are there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
