Its very smooth and damn user friendly. Very easy to understand the functionalities for the first time user as well. They provided clean documentation for the users, for video viewers free training courses are available. I have learnt everything by own in short time using these resources. It has several options for integrations and I tried MS team, Excel and gmail at the moment. Login security is very good. Developer options are too good. Workflows are amazing. Monitoring and reading logs are very understanding. **What do you dislike about IBM webMethods API Management?** Perhaps being a new user, I did not find any dislikes so far. **What problems is IBM webMethods API Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are in a phase of finding a best vendors for API management at the moment. Hence I find this better and started working on this. I have done few POC's using the free licensing so far, it makes me feel so better and planning to bring this in my current project. I found this very helpful because it has N number of options to integrate with several applications and it has pre-built connectors that helps seamless connectivity for data exchange between our product information management applications and downstreams. ### 2. With the opportunity to publish them for public usage and conduct internal platform testing, the domain offers the ability to handle REST, SOAP, and Odata APIs. Versioning APIs makes them easier to use and properly standardizes them for a longer lifespan. The integrated workflows offer safe authentication easy implementation for request accessed from third parties, making it simple and hassle-free for customers to use on a regular basis. For customers, a very strong infrastructure is created by the DMZ's strength and customer service. The Ease of integration with any application is very easy. **What do you dislike about IBM webMethods API Management?** API's sometimes have a downtime which affects the overall infrastructure. **What problems is IBM webMethods API Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use various application for Robotic process automation and API keys are an integral part of these automations and hence API management was a big problem.
