What do you like best about IBM watsonx Orchestrate?

What impresses me most isn’t the AI itself, but how the work keeps moving naturally without needing constant supervision. I also appreciate that the agents take care of routine actions, so we can stay focused on the decisions that matter. What do you dislike about IBM watsonx Orchestrate?

IBM watsonx Orchestrate works well with other sets of features, but just the debugging agent behaviour does become challenging sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IBM watsonx Orchestrate solving and how is that benefiting you?

I would say that this platform has helped us turn automation from being a side initiative into part of our everyday business. No delays caused by manual transitions.
