What do you like best about IBM watsonx Code Assistant for Red Hat Ansible Lightspeed?

The best thing about this IBM Watson Code Assistant platform, I would say, is that the created Myspace brings all IBM services into a single ecosystem, and it also makes it much easier to manage software subscriptions, licenses, support cases and other downloads and account information without even navigating to multiple websites. I also specifically like having a centralised view of purchased products and support resources. Their integration between account management and Technical Support, along with their buildings, simplifies day-to-day administration when working across multiple products. What do you dislike about IBM watsonx Code Assistant for Red Hat Ansible Lightspeed?

This portal can feel bit complicated for new users because the large number of services and navigation options are available within it. And finding specific resources occasionally needs several clicks and especially if we are not very familiar with IBM's ecosystem. Some pages also take time to load and their interface should be cleaner more like a modernised layout which makes frequently used actions easier to discover. What problems is IBM watsonx Code Assistant for Red Hat Ansible Lightspeed solving and how is that benefiting you?

This platform helps us to centralise account administration, product management and other Technical Support, along with licensing and building all into a single ecosystem. Rather than managing these activities across different portals, we can monitor the subscription and access the download and submit other report cases on a contractual basis from one place. This has also improved the operational efficiency and reduced our administrative overhead and made easier to manage the multiple servers across the cross-functional platform.
