"IBM Watson review by Expert" 3.5/5 What do you like best about IBM watsonx Orchestrate? The best part about IBM Watson is that it's one of the most advanced chatbot builders of all time. It not only provides us with the facility to create a conversation flow in a tree structure. This also allows us to create better flows of conversation using the parent, child node and jump conditions. Watson Assistant is the best tool in the market with the best in class NLP engine powered by IBM Watson AI. It also facilitates us with Intents, Entities and Dialog which makes it very convenient for us to develop the chatbot. Also, the tryit editor is very handy when it comes to testing the bots. One of the most advanced features of IBM Watson Assistant is the in dialogue programming capability and context variables that helps to maintain the state of conversation and store the crucial user data throughout the conversation. There's very little to dislike but there is a very less number of integrations available with IBM watson assistant. Recommendations to others considering IBM watsonx Orchestrate: Use less intents in paid plans as there is a limitation of number of intents under a plan.
