What do you like best about IBM watsonx.ai?

IBM watsonx.ai becomes very helpful whenever it is necessary to integrate AI concepts into business realities. In my work, I use this tool to run experiments, compare how different models respond to various prompts, and examine how foundation models can be leveraged in the process of business tasks performance, like summarization, content creation, and business process assistance. What do you dislike about IBM watsonx.ai?

Often, to achieve consistent good results from using this tool, you need to spend several iterations working on prompts. Since various models can behave differently with the same set of instructions, understanding how to develop and evaluate prompts takes some effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IBM watsonx.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its main advantage is faster evaluation of AI concepts. Instead of spending time on developing something unproven and risky, I can test many models and approaches, evaluate their outputs' quality, and understand what approach brings more value for business.
