What problems is IBM Watson Discovery solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me, since I've experience using the Assistant, it helps some of the company in cost-cutting. putting people in customer service that only handles basic query will purge them but with the help of chatbots it may help the company to provide good customer service without spending too much Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
