I find IBM Targetprocess very easy to use and appreciate its seamless integration with SSO services. I also like how it connects with Slack and Teams, creating an automated communication channel. It's great for team management and tracking, especially during Scrum meetings using the inbuilt Boards. The ease of tracking my tickets and logging time on them is a big plus, as is being able to easily see who's working on what. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UI could be better. I have faced issues such as finding spaces. When I want to fetch my personal timesheet, I need to zoom out the browser page to modify or edit a specific task time. In the time tracking UI, only the User Story is visible, not their corresponding Tasks. On the homepage of a particular user, the stories that are visible are hard to track, and there is no proper listing. There could be an AI summarizer for Stories on what tasks a user is performing.
