I like "integrate a chatbot" feature the most among other features provided by IBM's Robotic Process Automation. I encounter a lot of restarts in the server due to some teachical issues , espcially, when the current went off .

It is an amazing and robust tool so far I have used. We have already automated several workflows related to our day to day activity including support register, IOC (indicator of compromize) parsing and automation received from different sources. It has quite user friendly user interface to create, update/modify different workflows or automations. It's native python scripting which made it more robust, strong for advance automated workflow creatoin. It has numbers of plugins as well as capabilities to integration with multiple services or systems of components. We found this is quite easy to implement and extensive customer support epecially through our SI "Secbounty, India" and local partner "Zara Zaman Technologies Limited, Bangladesh". I found it quite productive, especially in terms of prompting managers to think about the processes in their areas that can be automated. Furthermore, the possibility of taking on more activities without increasing the number of employees and the reduction of errors in the various automated processes are extremely relevant to the process.
