What do you like best about IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA)?

What do you dislike about IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA)?

I see that there is a lack of detail in the documentation of some commands. There are commands where the documentation has more fields than exist in the Studio, for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Execute functions that required a lot of time and attention from analysts such as: accessing websites to print demands that arise without a defined schedule, which currently are not printed but are in the company's ERP; product registration process that required extreme attention due to the number of fields to fill in; sending invoices to clients of specific operations; filling in goals in the system; extracting reports from the system. The benefits of using the tool are not limited only to the time saved, but also to the accuracy that RPA provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
