It is a simple platform with a low learning curve. The development of automation is quick and practical, as almost everything needed for end-to-end automation is already available on the platform, without the need for additional package installation. Some versions had updates where something didn't go as expected and some things that used to work stopped functioning. The release of APIs for communication with the repository is something that would bring a very significant benefit to the platform. Improve task scheduling by having more options. It has helped us with automations that bring value to the business. Thus, we have been able to free up employees who were doing repetitive and tiring tasks, allowing them to use their time better.
