There are not much cons to this tool.

1. It is unable to do real-time streaming analytics.

2. Also It limits the areas of use/access.

What problems is IBM Benefits Mentor with Watson solving and how is that benefiting you?

With the increase in the volume of data, there are still limited resources in place to cater to the needs. So currently, IBM is trying to improve Watson and working on it volume of data which will be helpful for data analyst to process large amount of data very quickly.
