You have to click ok and on multiple selections a lot. Very "Clickey." Also, sometimes the reports and patient searches take a very long time to run the report. Also, creating custom reports such as iPHA reports can be tricky and not necessarily match other canned reports, which in theory, should be able to match any canned reports.
