What I like best about Hyperzod is the value for money. For $256 per month, we get a complete delivery ecosystem: a customer app, a merchant app, a driver app, and a central admin dashboard, all working together under our own brand. Building something like this from scratch would have cost us tens of thousands of dollars and months of development, but with Hyperzod we were able to launch quickly and start taking orders right away.

The dashboard makes day-to-day management simple. We can onboard merchants, manage orders, set delivery zones and fees, run promotions, and track drivers in real time, all from one place. The merchant app lets our partners handle their own menus and incoming orders, which saves us a lot of back-and-forth. The driver app is easy for our couriers to use, with clear order details and navigation, and customers get a smooth ordering experience with live tracking.

Because everything is connected, orders flow automatically from customer to merchant to driver, which has cut down on mistakes and support requests. The monthly pricing also makes costs predictable and easy to plan for as we grow. Overall, Hyperzod gives us a professional, all-in-one platform at a price that makes sense for a growing delivery business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, there isn't much we dislike about Hyperzod. Technical issues are rare, but when they do come up, it can sometimes take a little longer than we'd like for them to be fully resolved. In a delivery business, even short delays can affect orders and customer experience, so faster turnaround on fixes would make a big difference. these situations don't happen often, the team does work through them, and overall the platform runs smoothly for our daily operations.
