What do you like best about Hyperzod?

What we like best about Hyperzod is that it provides a complete and flexible platform for launching a delivery marketplace without having to build everything from scratch. The system includes the main tools we need for customers, merchants, riders and admin operations, which is very helpful for a project like MANA. We also appreciate the support team, as they have been responsive and willing to help us solve technical issues during the setup process. What do you dislike about Hyperzod?

The main downside for us is that the base monthly cost remains the same during the setup, testing and pre-launch phase, even when the platform is not generating real sales yet. For a new business, this period can take time because there are many operational details to configure before launch. It would be helpful to have a more flexible pricing option for early-stage projects while they are still building, testing and preparing their marketplace before going live. What problems is Hyperzod solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hyperzod is helping us solve one of the biggest challenges of launching a delivery marketplace: having a complete system for customers, merchants, riders and admin operations in one place. Instead of building the entire platform from zero, we can use an existing structure and focus more on adapting the business model, onboarding local partners and preparing the launch. This is especially useful for MANA because we are creating a local delivery alternative in Andorra, where operational control, merchant management and a smooth ordering experience are essential.
