We have a highly season business with most of our sales happening in Q4. We also have complexity at lower levels as we regularly shift products in and out during the offseason. Through the process, Hypersonix has been a great partner as they implemented Forecasting AI. They’ve taken the time to understand my business, adjust forecast methods to capture the seasonality and even adjust the forecast period to give me better visibility.
