I really like the customer service and support because each time I've had a problem or a question, I received a response or help within seconds. I also like that I can upload different types of media to Hypersign, like JPEG files, PowerPoint presentations, and MP4 files. This flexibility allows for a variety of content, not just still shots, but also animations which can grab the attention of people watching the signs. I find Hypersign user-friendly, and the initial setup was very easy. Once you learn how to upload the information you want to display, it's smooth sailing. I would suggest that those tabs that aren't available should be darkened out, so you don't have to click on them and get an error message. But other than that, I don't have any complaints about Hypersign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
