I absolutely love the ease of set up. It is user friendly and even the least tech savvy of us all could use it. (That's me, least tech savvy!) I really want to grow my business and this option allows me to meet the needs of my current and future customers immediately-no matter time zone!

When I opened the dashboard and saw how easy it is to click choices, fill in blanks with specific directions from Hypello, and connect to my social media account; I knew this was the software for me. Came for the free option and then stayed for the great customer service.

Customer service was top notch as I had a question due to user error at onset. I was responded to immediately and walked through the process with ease.

The downside for me personally was when setting it up to connect to my instagram account, I selected the wrong account. There was no easy way top delete that and begin again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
