What do you like best about Humanz?

What I enjoy most about Humanz is the new AI campaign creation feature! Being able to upload a brief and have the platform assist with building the campaign has saved me so much time. It's incredibly efficient and makes the setup process so much easier. The only area I think could use a little improvement is the selection of images, as they don't always align with the campaign.

I also really enjoy the AI Assistant, particularly when it comes to campaign reporting and performance analysis. It provides some genuinely interesting insights into why certain content may not have performed as expected, which helps me better understand the results and identify opportunities for improvement. What do you dislike about Humanz?

One area I feel Humanz could improve on is the accuracy and timeliness of its data. Sometimes, campaign performance metrics don't seem to update as quickly as expected, which can make real-time monitoring and reporting a little challenging.

I'd also love to see Facebook analytics integrated into the platform. I've noticed more creators cross-posting their Instagram content to Facebook through Meta, and I think having access to those performance metrics would give us a more comprehensive view of how campaigns are performing across platforms.

What problems is Humanz solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think one of the biggest problems Humanz is solving is simplifying campaign management by bringing so many different processes into one platform. Having campaign statistics consolidated in one place makes tracking performance and reporting so much easier, while the integrated communication and payment features help streamline the entire process.

I'm also really enjoying how AI is being incorporated into the platform. From assisting with campaign creation to providing insights into performance, it's helping reduce the time spent on administrative tasks and allowing us to focus more on the creative and strategic aspects of our campaigns.

Overall, I think Humanz makes managing multiple campaigns and creators much more efficient, which is something I really appreciate in my day-to-day work! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
