What do you like best about Humanlinker?

I appreciate Humanlinker's industry-specific AI personalization combined with automated B2B contact enrichment tailored for the renewable energy sector. This functionality delivers significant efficiency and performance improvements for solar project outreach, and no other tool matches its integration in our workflow. The contact enrichment saves me massive amounts of manual time by pulling verified decision-maker profiles and direct business emails without the need to cross-reference other sources. The AI-generated outreach copy is customized to our green energy sector, boosting our survey response rates compared to generic emails. Additionally, its seamless native sync with Nimble CRM and Oxygen Document Management keeps all stakeholder records centralized and complies with strict data privacy regulations. What do you dislike about Humanlinker?

I find limited granular filtering for green energy niche stakeholder tags to be an issue. The built-in segmentation filters work for basic splits like company size, but there are no native industry tags specific to solar businesses. I can’t quickly filter contacts by specializations such as rooftop solar installers, utility-scale solar investors, inverter distributors, or commercial energy asset managers. Right now, I have to manually add custom labels after enrichment, which adds extra prep time before launching PopSurvey campaigns. Also, the AI email templates lack deeper German regional policy customization. While the AI writes useful B2B solar outreach messages, its local German green regulation context is surface-level. It can refer to general solar subsidies but cannot automatically pull region-specific incentives or recent local energy legislation into survey invites.
