Describe the project or task Human Interaction helped with:

We had an outdated website and we were completely blind as to how to convey to our clients our business offerings. So, it was very difficult for the company to teach us how to be better in communicating our services to the public. We hired Human to help us with a new way of thinking, which is a very difficult thing to do. Their main task was to extract what we were trying to communicate with our website and how to actually make it work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Human Interaction?

They were very down to earth and easy to communicate with. They didn't make us feel bad at any point, which I appreciate the most, because no one should make you feel incompetent. They were careful to put things in our terms. We were one of their smaller projects, so it was nice to see that they were even willing to take us on board in the first place. What do you dislike about Human Interaction?

Maybe we could talk about an upgrade for our site going forward. It was never part of our original deal, but it would be nice to see that followup. Overall, we're happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Human Interaction:

My advice is to come with your best ideas and content, but also with an open heart. They can get the best out of your ideas, but you just need to be open to it. If you're hiring someone at that level of expertise, you should really listen to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Human Interaction solving and how is that benefiting you?

They updated our entire website. We had an initial conversation with the CEO and the project manager that was assigned to us. They talked us through the process of a new way of thinking for us, which proved to be difficult. In a workshop they assessed what we were trying to sell and how we could do it better. Next, we provided them with content, which they were able to incorporate into our new website. Without the new website, I don't know where'd we be right now.
