I love the cross-department communication options with Hubspot. After being a part of 3 different departments (Service, Sales, and Marketing) I understand just how much information exists in the CRM and it is always easy to navigate and find what is needed! I wish that reporting was easier. I also wish that it integrated better with Paid Facebook ads. Overall, if reporting was something that could be streamlined, specially for lead generation and email performance, that would be amazing!
