What I like most is how tightly Marketing Hub is tied to the CRM. Workflows, lists, and contact properties all run on the same data, so automation is easy to build, and I can manage permissions and integrations (n8n, WhatsApp, etc.) from one place as admin Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike most is the lack of granularity in some areas. Permissions for marketing tools tend to come bundled, so I had to split a shared marketing profile into team-specific permission sets. Workflows also have gaps: for example, there's no native way to limit multiple responses in a survey flow, so I end up building workarounds with contact property flags. Some of the most useful capabilities are also locked behind higher tiers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
