HubSpot assumes that you are an inbound marketing 'true believer', probably selling a funky SaaS product to consumers. If you have your website built on the HubSpot CMS, be prepared for a world of pain unless you partner with a specialist or you are prepared to use marketplace to buy templates. We are a small (2 person) marketing team, and therefore can't afford to have somebody dedicated to the system. We often say it's like having a Ferrari in the garage - to get the most you need to be a proper driver, not just someone who takes it out for a spin a couple of times a week.
