The Customer Success team was also extremely helpful in onboarding and training. **What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?** The WYSIWYG builder was clunky. We were not able to quickly build a good landing page - and with Marketo forms - it was challenging to code the form with CSS to ensure it looked nice on the page. The set up was a bit confusing at times - since we were used to a more robust platform like ON24. The integration with SFDC was easy - but the set up did cause an issue as it wasn't really clear before we did a LIVE webinar. **What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us in our webinar strategy and for us to achieve our pipeline goals and MQL goals. We are not using the tool currently so cannot say that it is currently benefiting us. But when we trialled Hubilo - the idea was to get a system that was easy to use, so we can quickly scale up our webinar strategy from 10 per year to 50+ per year. ### 2. Our customer support via Slack has been reliable and comforting. And the ability to upload custom tiles, banners, ads, and backgrounds has allowed us to produce our most impressive event to date! **What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?** Something I would love Hubilo to be able to do is allow uploads of slide decks into the Streaming Studio. I believe Hubilo is already working on this feature, however. **What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hubilo allows us to offer both webinars and virtual conferences that are attractive, allow audience interaction, and offer use reporting features. ### 3. Willingness to take feedback and make changes to the app. It's easy to go in and make changes and send notification. **What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?** Our attendees didn't love the app, but that could be because it was new for them Receipt of notifications are tricky and easy to miss. Could be more sophisticated like some competing apps. **What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Event registration and onsite event app. I an not sure we will continue using the reg portion, but we need the event app for people to build their onsite agenda, send notifications, etc. ### 4. HUBILO is an excellent platform, enabling attendees to access events without requiring specific downloads or installations. Six months ago, we were delighted to use the HUBILO platform for our online, annual, two-day conference, which was a great success. Attendees from all over the world joined seamlessly, and the platform's robust capabilities allowed us to host multiple live sessions simultaneously without any issues. They're a dime a dozen. I'd love to see stats on how many webinars are happening at any given moment; probably thousands. And honestly most of those go through zoom which is such a bland and almost triggering (lol) experience. I spend all day on zoom in meetings, I want to at least feel like I'm in a nicer "conference room" for a webinar or virtual event ### 7. Any time we had difficulties, we were able to reach out to customer support and resolve them before our event. **What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?** Sometimes viewers want to turn on their cameras and mics and add to the conversations, but they've have gotten errors from the system and been unable to contribute. **What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reaching people in other countries.
