**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

Engagement options in this platform are far better than what we've previously had, and it seems to be what attendees comment on the most. We also really like the ability to upload images, brand, and attach many items/videos. We've also had great customer service throughout each event. The embed option (new for us last event) was a wonderful place to make our post-event survey easy to find. I like that exhibitors can set up their own booths, too.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

We would like to see a continuing educaiton feature that allows us to upload a template certificate (a required certificate per our CME/CEU provider) as well as a way to send out a certificate for cumulative hours after an event, rather than one certificate after each session. We would also really like to be able to tag ("@") people in posts, chat, and event feed. It would also be nice if people who are admin or speakers for one session within an event, but participating throughout the rest of the event could participate in polls.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems solved: networking opportunities for professionals that we used to have for in-person events which kind of disappeared when we first turned virtual

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

The overall execution of the event and how smooth it was to communicate with their team. Special mention of Vidhi, who was always a call away and always helped our entire team. Really appreciate all her efforts in making this a successful event.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

There are a few changes that are been added as part of V2 that could be avoided, like having the live session being displayed in reception area was much better in V1 rather than happening now tab in V 2

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to share our content and with the community with some really good events. 
Virtual is the new normal and using Hubilo has always been easy and productive for our team.

Hubilo is simple to use and effective.
The agents who are on hand to help you are friendly but professional (especially Zainab)

There is not much to fault however sometimes we hear from attendees that the connection on the networking Lounge function is not strong enough to host a proper conversation

I would definitely recommend hubilo for virtual conferences

We are able to host our conferences virtually with not much hassle with this platform,which is exactly what we are looking for in this current climate

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

Ease of use. Dashboard had good UI and easy to accomplish desired outcomes.

Good UX. The UX for our audience was good and rewarding. Some minor hick-ups with registration and ticketing, but once in the experience was satisfactory for the audience.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

Limitations in features. As features and designs within Hubilo UI were fixed, there were some things and designs we wish we could do, but was unable to do due to the nature of the UI and system.

**Recommendations to others considering Virtual PRO:**

Will definitely use Hubilo again for our next Virtual Conference / Event. 

For a first-time user, we achieved 99% of everything we set out to do, which we attribute to the ease of use, convenience and effectiveness of Hubilo.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to host a conference for an international audience throughout the world, that would be easily accessible regardless from where you are and from what time. Making it a virtual conference made it possible, and Hubilo enabled us to achieve that easily. This was the first time we used a Virtual Conference Platform, and we succeeded beyond expectations, in part to the ease, convenience and effectiveness of Hubilo.

I really liked the theme and the design of the V2

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

The font is extremely small. 
The news feed/event feed is moved in the corner giving less opportunity to the attendees to network and use the features. 
There is no way to check the number of people in a session or the number of people online which was extremely disappointing, as event organizers we do feel the need to review if the delegates have attended the event or if they are present during the session. 
The custom log-in code was a really nice feature, i wonder why we have to go back and forth to get it manually done for each and every registered participant

- Very customisable platform, easy to upload & real time reflecting the changes 
- Theme color is customisable via dashboard
- Able to do white-listing with ease
- The team from Hubilo (especially Deep) is very helpful in assisting my enquiries about this platform.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

- there's no customisable automatic email to be sent to registrant right after the registration (only invoice email)
- no scheduling email system that we can set (i.e. daily reminder email) 
- Login can only be via OTP method if we have selected for the event to be private and this is not so user friendly as some of the participants did not receive the OTP email due to IT security issues
- Videos have to be uploaded into Youtube/ Vimeo first before putting into the platform, not so convenient for this

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- We have managed to create the event in Hubilo for a client in banking industry and the top management like it because of the very interactive element (i.e. leaderboard, lounge, contest etc.).

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

My favorite feature of Hubilo is the networking lounge feature and the gamification of the entire platform - Leaderboard! 
I would also like to recommend one of the Hubilo staff that has helped me throughout all my events - Dboy Deep. He's patient and have guided me on the simplest things on how to use the dashboard. I'm very fortunate to be able meet Deep in my career life!

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

One of the main features that I think Hubilo needs to improve on would be the "Invite Mailer" feature and login options - OTP and password.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, many physical events were canceled/postponed, hence having Hubilo has solved many problems, i.e., having a platform that could stimulate actual physical events. The networking lounge feature is one of the best features that most of the attendees of mine enjoyed during the event. I've also realized that the Hubilo dashboard for backend coordinators is undoubtedly simple to use.

The streaming and recorded sessions, the group for each speaker, VIP guests, and their options, the exhibitions, and how easy it is to use and learn the platform.

Perhaps I should only contact about changing the closing event date each time. The streaming issue involves a one-minute delay, and the polls are not appearing simultaneously on both Zoom and the platform.

The platform is easy to navigate, and when loading picture it allows cropping to a size you want, also the dimensions for the banners is easily visible on where you need to load the banner. The support from Zeinab and the team was excellent, looking at the number of days I was left with to host the event.

I can't download the Report the way it shows on the platform

This is one of the best platforms to host an event, holding meetings, its easy to navigate and the quality of support service its good

Allowing many people to log in and participate in the conference, also the access to getting updated contacts from the attendees. I managed to host my conference successfully with the support of the Hubilo team, especially Zeinab

Dboy Deep, one of the Hubilo staff members who has assisted me during all of my events, is fantastic. Despite the fact that we had challenges with different country time zones, he instructed me as quickly as he could on the most basic aspects of how to use the dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

One of the primary elements I believe Hubilo should improve is the ability to identify words instead of participants being able to utilize dash to skip over the essential details.

Hubilo enabled us to host a virtual event on Bank Tech Asia 2022 (Cyber Security & Data Privacy) that included speakers and participants from multiple countries and provided us with a well-organized collection of live presentations from the speakers that we could share with the delegates. I like how the live recordings from the event can be found on the event page for a month following the event, allowing individuals to listen to them whenever they choose.

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

Simple navigation, one of the best front end user interfaces out there for a virtual platform, great support team, and great attendee feedback on the virtual event experience.  Polling, Q&A, and chat is all native which is great and no need for 3rd party apps.  The platform has the flexibility to work with many streaming platform and also have a native option as well.  Additionaly, the platform is frequently being updated with improvements and is also very cost-effective when compared with many other platform options out there.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

The polling options could be improved to allow for different types of question formats to be asked.  The invoice process and payments could be a little bit easier for US based companies.  Hubilo is based in India so the wire transfer process can be tedious, but worth it for the platform.

Delivering alternative to live events and we have tried numerous virtual event platforms and this by far is the best we have used.

The person we had on duty was extremely helpful and available to us. Where there were technical hiccups they were solved quickly and efficiently by this person. The event app looked great!

Wish there was a dark mode for attendees (or maybe there is but we werent able to find it). Also wish there was the option to add buttons and HTML editor for user onboarding emails

They responded to our request very quickly, they showed interest in the situation we were going through and gave us a solution.
The attention before and throughout the event was excellent, Gaurav was aware of the entire event and solved any questions or problems that arose at the time.
We are more than happy with all your attention and patience. My English is not good, and I had the patience to explain everything to me and solve my doubts.

It is rather a suggestion, I think that in order to offer such a good service to the company, it needs to make itself known more, at least in Latin America.

Setting up the event was relatively easy.
The experience that both the assistants and the speakers had was very enjoyable.
The fact that they do not have to create an account to access the platform gives an extra plus.

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

All the help we got from Abhinav and Saurabh from the beginning and during the event. They solved every issue we faced. Also, the dashboard was very user-friendly! The integration of zoom accounts made everything easier. And for the attendees, the platform is straightforward to use.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

It would be helpful if there were a preview mode of the event before going live. This way, you could customize the whole platform before anyone sees it and correct things during the event before being published. For our type of event, which had not only seminars or expositions, but also workshops and other kind of activities, it would be useful if there was a section for the lineup of activities, so people can see what's going on even if they cannot attend to a certain event.

Mainly online networking. This is quite difficult to achieve in virtual events. The platform let us creat great attendee and speaker profiles, also booths. That made it easier for everyone to get to know each other.

The platform does everything a virtual event platform needs to do. It has same functions as i.e. Swapcard but the pricing is much more affordable.
Delegates really enjoyed using it too!

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

Not being able to mass upload speaker profiles (including photos and biogs) is frustrating as each photo and biog has to be added to the speaker profile one by one. On other platforms, one can just input the bio and a link to a photo to the spreadsheet and upload it.
Duplicating events could be a good new feature as well.

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

The platform website is fairly easy to use, has a lot of embedded options for attendee interaction and engagement, and can provide a 'one-stop shop' for online events. Karan Kohli was an awesome tech support person!

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

The back end user experience was quite complex and succeeded in stymying most of our session moderators. Several break out rooms failed because the host could not connect the speaker and his/her slides and/or video

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None. We succeeded in offering our online education to a larger number of people from outside the region. That was perhaps our most significant benefit.

Customer service & ease of use was helpful. Both Vishal and Keshav were amazing to work with and very helpful. Users admired networking and gamification options. We used zoom with the platform, and there were lots of creative ways to make it easy for end users to interact.  The pricing, customer service, and features were better than competition.

We didn't have any issues with the platform. There were minor bugs, but the team supported them right away. The support team took feature enhancement requests. Future builds like countdown over banners, duplicating events will be good developments.

Hubilo allowed us to have a national conference that brought our team together in a way we couldn't have done over standard zoom meetings. The level of engagement was beyond our expectations. The photo contest and engagement leaderboard were really fun ways to gamify and bring fun to the event.

Can't think of much I disliked. The default names of some of the platform features were a little confusing to me (I work for a nonprofit so our lingo is probably different than Hubilo's other customers), but since everything is customizable it wasn't an issue - we just renamed features in ways that made more sense for our event and our audience.

- Leaderboard: can be rigged as people run scripts

I would highly recommend the virtual event platform Hubilo.  It was so easy to learn how to use and very clear for our participants to navigate.  Many of our participants who have used all kinds of event platforms mentioned this was the best one they had seen.   I appreciated that the sponsor booths could be updated by the exhibitors directly and can manage their own analytics.  I liked the agenda navigation bar for the participants to hop in and out of different sessions.  I like the attendee search feature—one of the best I have seen.  I especially valued the high level of customer service provided by our CSM, Devdutta Khomdram.  He always responded immediately and was right by our side in providing launch day troubleshooting.  Whenever we had a question via email or chat, the Hubilo team always found an answer for us.  I had heard in other testimonials they had excellent customer service, and I agree!

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

We did have some trouble with tech working on the virtual networking tables.  A number of participants couldn't join.  We should have been more clear to use chrome.  Having the old dashboard and the new dash to manage was a pain.  When a participant pays they should be immediately brought into the platform when it is live, not sent an email with a link.  The name/title/information should immediately post and update on the platform, we had to manually update the titles because they weren't pulled in when registering.

Definitely check it out.  It has everything you need!  Highly recommend.

Last time I used the platform needed to connect with ZOOM, which is positive and negative. Maybe having their own livestream easy to go on air and having a simple backstage would be good however, having ZOOM allowed the platform connect with different experiences.

**Recommendations to others considering Virtual PRO:**

Hubilo is an excellent event platform for virtual events. The advantage is having a dedicated client success team member guiding you step-by-step in a concierge manner, plus taking the stress away of the event itself. We were lucky to work with Gaurav helping us throughout the event. The platform has excellent branding opportunities plus fab ROI measurement tools for sponsors.
Finally, Hubilo gives back to the community. The event organized using Hubilo was in aid of Buses 4 Homeless, a non-profit social enterprise supporting homeless people to get their life back on track based in the UK.
I highly recommend using Hubilo for your event.

The front end of the platform in V1 is super easy to navigate. Our participants are not all tech-savvy so we needed an easy-to-use option and Hubilo does just that. The back-end is also easy to work on. There have been significant improvements to the platform & support team in the 13 months since we first used it, with more new features being rolled out. There are plenty of networking options e.g the lounge which was the main reason we chose Hubilo initially. The support from Shreya was excellent. She was available for multiple tests in advance of the Summit, and was working to our UK time zone, she responded promptly via whatsapp, emails etc.& during the live dates.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

As with all tech platforms there can be glitches, some of the functionality has not been fully thought through by the team, e.g. polling is available but at the time of writing couldn't offer multiple choice. You can enter descriptions of the landing page video, but that description cannot be seen anywhere by participants. There are updates being made all the time, but when these are made in the run up to your event without your knowledge, these can hinder rather than help. The team cannot always resolve issues but do take on board feedback to find solutions for the future.

**Recommendations to others considering Virtual PRO:**

Ask very detailed questions of the sales team to ensure the platform can really undertake everything you need it to do. Understand if you will be using V1 or V2. They will be different.

We encountered multiple issues with Hubilo the first time we used it in 2020. We took a risk stayed with them in 2021. This risk absolutely paid off. Everyone was very impressed with the improvements, simplicity and stability of the platform this year. Hubilo are taking on board our feedback of (minor) points from this year and i'm sure we will see them resolved in the future.

The customer service team was highly responsive, including our excellent account manager, and it was very easy to work through the event build and make quick edits as we needed to. The platform looked really smart and professional and worked well with our branding.

I think the main thing that could be improved upon is the login process for speakers. If we could have just sent Zoom links that would have been easier for everyone I think. I also think the invite mailer system could be better, with an option to send reminder emails or simply links to login again on the day. There were certain parameters in the system which were quite rigid, but once we knew what those parameters were, we found work arounds.

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

The Hubilo platform met most of our needs for our first international online conference. We had a complex programme with workshops, panels, presentations, and committee meetings. We planned long days across multiple time zones, involving a large number of attendees and participants. While the technology was pretty solid, the support of our client success manager Karan Kohli was what made the difference, especially when we were troubleshooting and monitoring the live event. Karan went above and beyond and was patient, composed, and knowledgable. He helped us with a last-minute integration for translation services, and was always quick to answer our questions and work with our team when things got hectic or complex.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

As previously mentioned, our event was quite large. We scheduled over 100 conference sessions, and almost 600 attendees registered. There were some functionality issues on the back and front ends of Hubilo that were more minor inconveniences than barriers to hosting our event. 

Searching for names and sessions with diacritics was inconsistent.
We created a custom 'group' for moderators in dash, but they had the same front end display as the speakers of the sessions, making roles a bit unclear in the agenda.
Export function was useful for contacting our attendees, moderators, and speakers via email, but the sorting of each person's groups in a single, unsorted, comma-delimited column made limiting people by single group less user-friendly.
Back-end behavior was also not user-friendly when updating, for instance, the stream options for each session. With upwards of 30 sessions on some days, having to scroll down to the end of a calendar day to update the next session required too much mousing. 
1000 character limit on "about" section of people was too small, especially for featured speaker bios. 137 character limit for session title was also too small. 
I was mostly happy with the bulk upload feature for both people and sessions, but when assigning one-off sessions in the people section, search results were slow to load or did not load at all at times. I then had to scroll down the list of sessions manually, which was again bad for my wrists! 
In front end, the default display of only one 'track' in the agenda reduced visibility of our full programme. 
The display of session information in the agenda was not intuitive: "show more" should ideally not only display with mouse-over behaviour. 
Having 'featured' sessions and speakers was nice, but the default display of only three of each again hindered visibility of our 4th keynote speaker.
Ability to upload files is a good feature for front end, but it's not easy for attendees to see.
Many attendees wanted to be able to see or download the full programme as a separate document like a PDF.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our annual in-person conference moved online this year due to the Covid pandemic. Hubilo allowed us to move closer to our goals of inclusivity, accessibility, and participation across a broader range of our diverse international membership. While we were perhaps excessively ambitious with the length of our days and the number of sessions, I think Hubilo allowed us to host a largely successful event.

The annual conference of the International Association of Sound and Audiovisual Archives (IASA) took place over four days (67.5 of programming), featuring 100 presentations and meetings with attendees from 60 countries. The support provided by our Customer Success Manager Karan Kohli and his team was absolutely fantastic. We especially appreciated their dedication and professionalism as they assisted us with the integration of last-minute translation services. Karan was always patient and willing to go above and beyond to ensure our event went as smoothly as possible.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

Some of Hubilo’s features need improvement, particularly the structure of the Agenda. It would be better if speakers could be highlighted better within the description of the session. Also, due to internet restrictions in certain countries, we were not able to make use of some of the features, such as Hubilo Rooms, because we did not want to restrict attendee access. When we sent out invitations for our speakers and attendees to join Hubilo (through the Send Invite feature), many did not receive the messages since they went to their spam folders.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubilo was a wonderful way to showcase the conference’s program and provide social networking aspects for attendees (i.e. the Lounge). Although we always hope to meet in-person, the association is definitely thinking about how we can integrate online components into the conference, so it can be more of a hybrid event. As we plan and execute our annual conferences moving forward, we will keep Hubilo at the top of our list.

I think the ability to update the event feed via the burger menu on the right side of the screen (front end) is helpful and convenient, especially if we are watching the live stream at the same time. On the back end, the overall look of the dashboard layout has improved as well, and is more sleek and easy to navigate than before (2020 edition). Additionally, I like that I can also schedule push notifications for specific times throughout the day.

There is no bulk upload option for images. It would be great if when we go into specific items to edit, ie: speaker profile, virtual booth or sessions, we can already immediately pick from a central media library instead of uploading things one by one.

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

Hubilo had an extremely comprehensive range of useful features to facilitate the complex interactions we needed in a scalable way. Most features on my wishlist were already available. Set-up was intuitive with an easy-to-use UI.

Deep, our customer success manager was with us every step of the way, and was always responsive. The onboarding and training were comprehensive, and our requests were dealt with promptly. There was also live support on the actual event day.

The analytics dashboard was especially useful during the event. Insights like the % of pending meeting requests allowed us to make timely decisions and live interventions like customised push notifications. 

The data we could pull after the event was also extremely useful in supporting event participants interactions after the event was over.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

Some finer customisations of certain features were not available e.g. rooms linked to booths could not be unmoderated, so anyone who entered the room had to request permission to video chat. The Hubilo team was able to find workarounds for some, but unfortunately for others we just had to live with it.

A few of our presenters had video & audio connection issues when using Hubilo studio for live presentations. There was also some lag between the presenter and what was seen by viewers.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Hubilo to run a virtual career fair. We were able to create opportunities for job-seekers and employers to discover and interact with each other at scale and at speed.

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

Hubilo has been instrumental in two of our bigger Hybrid events this year, and the experience with both events was beyond expectations. The Hubilo team were very supportive, and a BIG thank you to Zainab. She was absolutely phenomenal and always there to help if we had last minute requests. Our in-person event plugged into Hubilo seamlessly. Thank you for the great experience Hubilo.

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

Hubilo platform is certainly one of the easiest platforms to use from both an attendee and an organiser's point of view. The set-up was intuitive with an easy-to-use UI.

We received a lot of good feedback from our client and their guests about how clean, slick and easy to navigate the site was.  Our client particularly liked the business matching feature which help connect guests to each other during the event.

I was very impressed with the support from the Hubilo team.  Priyanka our CSM was with us every step of the way and was always responsive. She was very helpful in coming up with solutions to work around the limitations that all platforms have.  The onboarding and training were comprehensive, and our requests were dealt with promptly. There was also live support on the actual event day.  

It was really great to be able to create a test site, so we could test everything out in the live environment before actually launching the site.  I would definitely recommend using them and will be using them again for future events.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

While there is a lot of things you can customise, there are still some things that you cannot.  The Hubilo team was able to find workarounds for some, but unfortunately for others we just had to live with it.  

The formatting on some sections was limited or hard-coded in, branding colors are pretty blanket and not as customisable as other sites.  The design for the Login page is linked to the Reception page which I found strange.  We made it work but needs to be considered for the next version upgrade.  The image on the Login page was not responsive which led to the image being cut off when the window size was reduced - again I'm sure this can be a simple fix for the next version.  The 3 sections for the business matching should all be fully customisable, where each section and all the values can be edited as well as offering a setting option to be able to select single or multiple fields.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our client wanted something more than just a webinar experience.  They wanted to create an environment that not only encourages guest participation but engagement and networking opportunities too.  Hubilo offers many options in terms of getting attendees to interact, from chats to one-to-one meetings, breakout rooms, events feed, etc., there are so many opportunities that the site offers.  And packaged within a very intuitive UI.  I have been on numerous virtual event platforms, and many are just too busy and difficult to navigate which is frustrating for the end-user.  The website layout is simple and one that everyone has experience in navigating.   The cumulative result of all of this enabled us to raise our event to the next level with very high customer satisfaction, which is what we hoped to achieve.

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

Working with Devdutta Khomdram was extremely helpful! He was knowledgeable, available, and kind.  I would call him at all hours - and he was ALWAYS pleasant on the phone!!
There were times - when I was nervous or anxious - but hearing his voice and professional demeanor - I knew that it would work out - and it did!!

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

There was nothing to dislike at all.  The platform worked exceptionally well for our needs and we intend to utilize it again for future programs. I have shared my experience with other universities and they intend on using Hubilo as well.

**Recommendations to others considering Virtual PRO:**

I strongly recommend this product - but more importantly - this product works well with a Client Manager like Mr. Devdutta Khomdram!  Mr. Khomdram made the difference between the product and a tool to use. He helped me to transition an idea from conception to reality in record time, demonstrating his expertise and interpersonal relationship skills.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The major problem solved with this platform was to have an online repository to maintain data , preserve responses and capture student input.  In addition, it provided us with a virtual space to upload our data files, PowerPoint presentations, and videos. The major benefit from implementing a tool such as this is the ability to connect students regardless of their locations

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

The Hubilo Team was very useful for our event. They responded very quickly to our requests and helped us a lot to understand the platform. We were guided from the beginning until the end of the event by a very competent customer success manager. 

The interface was quite understandable by our users. We got excellent feedback from our attendees but also our speakers and sponsors. They found the Hubilo platform very easy to use and understand. We also liked all the options to boost our event with branding, contests, pop-up ads, event feed, and leaderboard. The organizer has a lot of freedom to personalize the event as they wish.

**What do you dislike about Virtual PRO?**

We got some issues with the login access from the attendees. The invite mailer was going to their spam boxes which created some additional work for us to guide them toward the right page. However, the login option manually worked well.

**What problems is Virtual PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hubilo allowed us to bring our event to the next level with very high customer satisfaction, which we did not have before. We succeeded in making a virtual event attractive like a physical event which was our primary goal. Thanks to the options available, we created a lot of added value to our event with reduced costs compared to a physical event. Therefore, we increased our performance with lower costs which was a huge advantage.

**What do you like best about Virtual PRO?**

From attending a few virtual events myself I think the Hubilo platform is certainly one of the easiest platforms to use from an attendee point of view and an organiser point of view. 

We received a lot of good feedback from sponsors about how nice it looked and how easy it was to use. Many sponsors thought their exhibitor pages looked like a LinkedIn profile, which they thought was great because we are all so familiar with that type of layout. 

We had 500 attendees access the platform over two days, we had about 120-50 people in our panel sessions, we only received a couple of emails regarding login issues, which were very easy to resolve. 

I was very impressed with the support from the Hubilo team, who walked us through every step of the journey and always available for a last-minute call. This was the first time we used the platform so we had a lot of questions throughout, but they made the process very easy and enjoyable. They also allowed us to create a test site, so we could test the panel sessions etc, which was very helpful.

The sign-in process to capture more data and the analytics is also very good. 

I would definitely recommend using them and will be using them again for future events.

We wanted to create a virtual event that allowed attendees to network and interact with each other. We wanted something more than just a zoom call. Hubilo offers so many options in terms of getting attendees to interact, from instant message, to one-to-one meetings, to breakout rooms, events feed, etc there are so many opportunities within the platform. Well done Hubilo for creating such a great piece of software. We loved it.

Translations of the interface in Spanish and Portuguese were really awkward. This has to be done by native speakers, otherwise there will be many inconsistencies and nonsense.
