I use Hubfit to manage my clients, and I appreciate how easy it is to use. It's great to be able to see all my clients in one place and get an overview of them. Creating training programs is straightforward, and I like that I can see nutrition inputs, message them, and have everything in one place, including payments. What I like most is the feature control; I can switch off nutrition features for personal training clients and vice versa, which keeps the app nice and simple for them. I love that I can switch off certain features, preventing training clients from entering their own calorie estimations and ensuring my credibility as a dietitian. Also, I like the flexibility of being able to switch on additional features when needed, taking pressure off clients who might not want to upload photos or metrics. I trialed other products, including PT Distinction and Everfit, but Hubfit was the one that did everything I wanted, looked good, was simple to use, and was affordable. The initial setup was very easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love to be able to comment on a client's workout directly, because right now, after they submit a workout, I can't leave any feedback or even a celebration emoji on it directly. I have to send a separate message, and it feels a bit disconnected. Also, the nutrition database could use an update. Sometimes, like when searching for semi-skimmed milk, it doesn't show up, and you have to scan the barcode. It's not as good as something like MyFitnessPal in that regard. Another thing is the recipe bank, which is filled with AI-generated recipes and the images look quite artificial. I wouldn't use these with clients, and I'd rather have fewer, higher-quality recipes with better images. That would make it way more usable for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
