What do you like best about HubEngage?

The SMS Campaign function has been evolving rapidly, moving beyond a simple replacement for our previous application and becoming an essential communication tool for our organization. The HubEngage team has listened to our feedback and turned it into meaningful improvements within the application. Our needs have been addressed, and all expectations have been exceeded. What do you dislike about HubEngage?

What problems is HubEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?

We initially were looking to replace our Email to SMS gateway and move into a more modern messaging platform for organizational updates/on-call coverage. This has become a full fledged integration allowing management through Active Directory groups and has allowed our end users and managers to move into a role of managing their own SMS campaigns and user groups.
