What do you like best about Huawei General-Purpose Servers?

I like to work on Huawei servers because they are very easy to use, like RAID creation and OS installation. One main thing is they are good in performance. I found the Huawei support very good and cooperative, and their documents are really good, helpful, and very easy to use. Operations and replacement of hardware or any part is also very easy; we can simply follow the documents to perform the hardware part replacement activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huawei General-Purpose Servers?

There is only one point I dislike: their product documents are not on the open internet. It's hard to see their documents for someone who doesn't have a Huawei account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Huawei General-Purpose Servers:

I would like to say that Huawei has a good support team. We can easily get immediate support, and the price is low compared to other brands. Operations on their servers are very easy; every engineer can perform the operations on their devices by using their documentation, which is in easy language and easy to use. We found their support and contract scenario very good, and we planned a meeting with them and found so many new interesting things that are very helpful in our environment.
