When calling for support, they are friendly and as helpful as they can be. Integration between Time & Attendance and payroll works great. Processing Federal taxes works great. **What do you dislike about HR Plus?** The reporting system requires you to download a report without previewing. You basically need to know the report you want or go through the process of download, open, review multiple times. Expensive Add-ons don't work that great. Customer service wait times are regularly over 1 hr. Call-back system doesn't work. Any tax reporting changes take 2-3 months if they ever get done. **Recommendations to others considering HR Plus:** The app is buggy, but overall usable. I've run into issue after issue with state specific taxes. It seems that they don't really have their act together concerning the details. I also found the add-on features like performance management to not really be worth the extra work. Also, the document management system really leaves a lot to be desired. **What problems is HR Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automatically depositing taxes, integration between timeclock and payroll, integration of PTO and payroll. Even if it's as simple as trying to run payroll. No one seems to know how to fix basic issues. Additionally, The system is super glitchy and always has some problem or the other. God bless if you try to pull any reports or export data for taxes. They expect you to set everything yoruself. Its literally do it yourself but pay them system. The only way to connect them is through contact us form on their website or chat that doesnt work all the time either. After paying on March 2nd, i still cant process first payrol on april 15th, which is the beginning of the 2nd quarter. They tell me i should wait 4-6 more weeks. When i requested to cancel, they refuse to refund the prepaid year. Worst. Experience. Ever. Dont waste your time. **Recommendations to others considering HR Plus:** Save your time and money. The sales process was great, but from the start of implementation until the time we off-boarded, the level of service we received from Zenefits was embarrassingly bad. The most obvious of Zenefits issues is their inability to manage payroll taxes. We have received too many notices to count regarding unpaid tax liabilities. Zenefits directs us to send these to their support team, which is clearly underwater (and has been the entire time we’ve been with Zenefits). It would generally take several days for someone to respond, only to tell us it was being sent to another team. Once it lands with the tax team, you might as well have sent it straight to the trash folder, as we have outstanding tax issues from 6+ months that have yet to be resolved. We have had multiple calls with our account manager and the tax team in an attempt to work through these issues, and despite promises that things would improve they never did in the 18 months we were with Zenefits. Aside from the tax issues, their service level is the worst of any company I have worked with. They have a chat feature- using this I never was able to reach someone in under 30 minutes (many times it was hours). It would sometimes take multiple weeks to get to a team that could actually answer and resolve my concerns. **What problems is HR Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** This system may work well for a very small company with simple needs, but it is certainly not a fit for a company with any level of complexity and should not be sold as if it is. ### 25. I am a big fan of their training materials, and in fact these were linked in my first day onboarding documents. The system is extremely user friendly and there are many templated "starting-points" to use, especially on the job offer side, so you don't have to start from scratch to create a job offer, which is really great. I like how there's a mobile app, and on a couple of occasions when I've forgotten to officially request my PTO (and I was on PTO), I've been able to log on and do so. **What do you dislike about HR Plus?** My only compliant, which has now been addressed and fixed, is that on the mobile app, the documents weren't entirely visible so the pages of pdfs were cut off. This doesn't happen any more so mark it off! **What problems is HR Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are utilizing the platform for onboarding paperwork, background checks, etc. mostly, but we also utilize the org chart feature which is extremely helpful for new and old staff to reference. We also use zenefits to manage our paid time off request and approval process, so employees can log those requests and it will immediately be sent to their supervisor for approval. This is also a great reference to be able to centralize all of those requests in one location. ### 38. This is especially true with the email support function instead of being able to talk to someone readily. Also if you are in a state (ie.
