What do you like best about HR & Compliance, Time & Labor Management, Payroll?

I like everything ADS has to offer. My favorite would have to be the attendance tracking. This has been a great benefit to us Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would suggest making sure you understand all the benefits this software has to offer. The more we looked into it, the more options we found available with it that we didn't even know it offered. The background screening is a nice addition and saves us money by not spending it on random background checks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HR & Compliance, Time & Labor Management, Payroll solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had issues in the past with keeping track of employee attendance with the point system we use. Now, everything is available immediately. We had just begun using it to do background screening when hiring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
