I really like that the HR Command team, including both the lawyers and support crew, is quick to respond and takes on feedback to make changes. It's easier to use, and it doesn't take hours to send a contract to a new candidate and onboard them. They also have a new LMS feature that provides training for staff and managers, which is super easy to allocate, especially with new laws coming out, helping to cover some duty of care requirements. The onboarding team was very helpful in setting up most of our things, and they even found some discrepancies in employee contracts and position descriptions.
