I really like Poly for its ability to customize and make the phones your own, which makes it a viable option for any company, whether small or large. It allows us to create custom ringtones and ring back tones, which means when an end user is calling, they get a nice custom ring back tone that makes them feel more welcomed and enjoy the experience better. The support is great—quick, fast, and easy to access. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was with very minimal interaction needed with the setup organization.
