What do you like best about HouseCanary Data?

HouseCanary has an enormous amount of data that is very accessible and comparably cheap to obtain. Our main benefit of using HouseCanary is to obtain County Records. This could be done automatically with our own county integrations, but would be more challenging to maintain and grow as we move into more markets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HouseCanary Data?

While we still need more data points to back this up, our first impression is that HouseCanary provides a lot of County Data, but not all fields are available. API documentation seems a lot more optimistic than real world scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
