What do you like best about HoudiniEsq?

I can track all aspects of a case, as I'm working it, including billing and invoicing! Multiple cases for a single client, makes it so much easier to keep up with my case load. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HoudiniEsq?

Sometimes entering new cases isn't as easy- having to train someone new made me realize how odd it can be to enter in "new" clients with information that already exists in the program. And sometimes the program doesn't update the billing amounts and I have to restart the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HoudiniEsq solving and how is that benefiting you?

This has made it easier for me to track cases, compile bills by tracking incremental time according to specified base rates, switch between people who work on the case and thus adjust the rate accordingly. It honestly makes it possible to take on more cases and keep them all organized and still give great service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
