What do you like best about HotelFriend?

It gives us the most for our money with all the features and how easy it is to use. We can add new rooms, set up room descriptions, create special offers for different types of rooms, and put them on the booking engine, and it only takes about 20 minutes to do it all. It's also easy to change the prices and offers. Invoice creation and payment processing have never been better as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HotelFriend?

The system has a lot of functions and sometimes it’s a bit confusing. But when that happens, I just write to support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HotelFriend solving and how is that benefiting you?
