While more expensive than regular shared hosting, you pay for the location and the quality as they are wholly located in Switzerland (staff and datacenter). The support team is quick and efficient and speaks perfect English, despite being located in Switzerland and catering mainly to Swiss customers. The control panel is easy to use and navigate, and you can control pretty much everything from it, but also offers advanced power features shall you need them like SSH access. Nothing so far. One downside is that their email hosting platform does not support outbound DKIM signing nor sieve/rule filters, but that is a minor technical complaint. I was a little worried that their service would be highly bureaucratic like the Swiss are known to be, but so far, I have not encountered any bureaucratic delays.
