The flexibility of the stack is what made me stick with it. I can choose the PHP version, configure Redis, and select the database engine without having to file a ticket. For internal tools and landing pages where each project wants something slightly different, that kind of control matters to me more than raw speed. And with SSH access, I can manage things the way I’m used to, instead of constantly fighting a control panel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The resource monitoring isn’t granular enough. The dashboard shows CPU and memory, but if a process spikes and then settles, there’s no historical view to check afterward. I’ve ended up installing my own monitoring just to understand what happened during a slow period. For a host that gives me root-level access, I’d expect stronger built-in visibility and more detail.
