The cloud hosting is not managed, either, but it is pre-configured so it is setup. Once the website migrated, there is not much managment, so this is not a problem. For instance having a dedicated IP and what appeared to be deep integration with Litespeed Cache. I was looking for a long terms alternative to GoDaddy who I have been with for 13 years. **What do you dislike about Hostinger?** The response time for support enquiries is appalling. My plan is supposed to give me priority service which I had clarified before purchasing as to meaning that I would be at the top of the queue. But where I am told that usually I will get a response in 5 to 10 minutes, what I actually find is that I am waiting 3 to 4 hours. Before purchasing I watched several Hostinger Academy tutorials. One was on how to speed up your website using for instance Cloudflare CDN integrated into the H Panel and the other looked at Litespeed Cache Plugin for optimisation on Wordpress. What I found is that the CDN included isn't Cloudflare and that this is no longer integrated. There's a whole load of setting up to make Cloudflare happen, which I'm told by Hostinger support is better than their own, but its a complete blind alley. There are conflicts between Litespeed Cache and their own native site acceleration tools. My site has gone from a site speed rating of A on GT Metrix and 99 when benchmarked on Hostinger before migration to 14 for mobile devices on Hostiner and 64 for Desktops. **What problems is Hostinger solving and how is that benefiting you?** At the moment it is not solving problems for me. Hostinger no longer provides the ability for our lead developer to add new websites. /they tried to explain why it is a feature, but to me it was a fatal flaw.
