"Affordable, Beginner-Friendly Hosting with Helpful Templates"

4/5

What do you like best about Hostinger?

The thing I like most about Hostinger is its affordability. Compared to other hosting platforms like Vercel and Render, Hostinger offers relatively inexpensive hosting plans. Another thing I appreciate is the availability of predefined templates and configurations for different types of websites. For example, if I want to launch an e-commerce website, Hostinger provides ready-made templates and hosting configurations, including options for RAM and storage. This makes the entire process much simpler and more beginner-friendly compared to many other hosting services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hostinger?

The thing I dislike most about Hostinger is that it does not offer a free plan. I believe every hosting service should provide at least a basic free tier, especially for beginners who want to try out the platform before investing their money. For example, hosting services like Vercel and Render offer free plans. I agree that their free-tier features and resources may be limited, but they still allow beginners to experiment with the platform, understand how it works, and test their projects before purchasing a paid plan. This is what I feel Hostinger lacks. Not having a free plan makes it difficult for beginners to explore the platform without making an initial financial commitment. What problems is Hostinger solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem Hostinger solves for me is project hosting. I host several of my projects on Hostinger, primarily because it offers good resources at a relatively affordable price compared to other hosting providers. Although platforms like Vercel and Render offer free plans, their free-tier resources are often limited. They might be sufficient for hosting one or two small websites, but they may not be suitable when I want to host five or six different websites on the same server using different ports. In such cases, the limited resources of free plans can become a bottleneck. Hostinger solves this problem by providing better resources through its affordable paid plans. For example, a plan offering 10 GB of SSD storage for approximately ₹70 per month is quite economical. I believe this makes Hostinger a very affordable and practical option for developers in India who want to host multiple projects without spending too much money.
