"Solid value for running multiple client sites without babysitting the server"

What do you like best about Hostinger?

I run a small web agency and moved all my client WordPress sites onto one Hostinger Business plan. Right now I've got somewhere between 5 and 10 sites sitting under the same account, and the fact that I can manage all of them from one dashboard instead of logging into ten different places is honestly the main reason I stayed.

Setting up a new site takes a couple of minutes. Add website, point the domain, install WordPress, done. When a client is still deciding on their domain I just use the temporary hostingersite.com URL and connect the real domain later, which has saved me from a lot of awkward "the site isn't ready yet" conversations.

The pricing is the other big thing. For the number of sites I'm hosting, what I'd pay elsewhere for the same setup is a lot higher. hPanel is also easier to hand off to a non-technical client than cPanel ever was. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hostinger?

The renewal price is a lot steeper than the intro price, so go in knowing that. I locked in a longer term to avoid the jump.

Support is available 24/7 through chat and they're friendly, but for anything genuinely technical you sometimes go a round or two before you reach someone who actually digs into the issue. Response is quick, resolution can be slow.

I've also noticed the shared server can slow down when one of the heavier sites gets a traffic spike, since everything's on the same plan. For most small-business client sites it's fine, but I wouldn't put a high-traffic store on it without watching resource usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hostinger solving and how is that benefiting you?

It lets me consolidate every client's WordPress site into a single account at a price that actually works for an agency. Instead of juggling separate hosting logins and bills per client, I've got one plan, one dashboard, one renewal date to track. That's cut down my admin time noticeably and made it much simpler to spin up, hand over, and maintain sites for clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
