"Hornetsecurity Makes Microsoft 365 Permissions and Spam Filtering Effortless"

What do you like best about Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection?

With Hornetsecurity i can eas Manage systems for a media production unit, and we rely on Microsoft 365 (Sharepoint+Outlook). The permission manager feature is genuinely useful to handling who has access to shared folders is faster and much more straightforward now. The Spam filtering also runs quietly in the background and does its job does its job without getting in the way. I also appreciate that user can interact through with it directly through Outlook, so it doesn’t take much training to get everyone comfortable with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection?

The interface text could be cleaner overall. Some of the wording feels a bit off, and it can cause minor confusion when onboarding new team members. In the past, we’ve had cases where phishing links were clicked, and that has gone down now. There are also fewer interruptions for IT during production hours, which helps keep things running more smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hornetsecurity 365 Total Protection solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’m spending less time fixing access issues and fewer suspicious emails are making it to our editors. Overall, it Keeps our workflow smoother, especially during tight deadlines because there are fewer email related problems being reported, policy management is is easier to handle from one central place.
