What do you like best about Hopscotch Product Tours?

The speed and clarity it brings to employee training. In manufacturing, downtime is the enemy, and that includes the time it takes for our teams to get up to speed on new or updated software. Hopscotch allows us to create intuitive, step-by-step guides directly on the interface. This has drastically cut our training time and reduced the number of support tickets from confused operators. Before, we relied on lengthy manuals or group training sessions that were hard to schedule and often forgotten. Now, we provide contextual, self-paced guidance right at the point of need.
