What do you like best about Hop In?

They offer us a needs assessment on an on-going basis so that we can continuously improve the implemented shuttle services by allowing our employees (existing and new) to take a feedback survey about their commute patterns, this helps us implement better routes. What do you dislike about Hop In?

Hop-In is the technology and routing services whereas the actual shuttle bus company is another provider. We have a bit of delay of communication because we go through Hop-In to communicate with the shuttle bus company/drivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Hop In:

Take advantage of the needs assessment, review all the responses (employees fill things out wrong) and promote as much feedback as possible before implementing. You will see a lot of interest before starting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hop In solving and how is that benefiting you?

Transportation issues for employees who commute to our workplace. Our location is very hard to reach by just relying on public transportation. Hop-In provides us with shuttle bus services as far as Scarborough to Brampton for our evening shift employees. Our experience with Hop-In so far is great because they are flexible and understanding with our business needs as a 24/7 processing facility with employees all over the GTA.
