"Hookdeck Webhook Limits Due to Rotating IPs and Client Whitelisting"
4/5
What do you like best about Hookdeck?

What I truly value about Hookdeck is its robust routing capabilities and the intuitive way it handles environment management. It enables us to easily direct webhooks to various destinations depending on whether we're working in development, staging, or production. Having this degree of control makes it much simpler to test, debug, and gradually roll out integrations, all without causing any disruption to live systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hookdeck?

One aspect I find frustrating is the limitation around IP whitelisting. In our production environment, clients often require a static IP address from us so they can whitelist it on their end. However, Hookdeck’s cloud service uses rotating IPs, which makes it impossible to meet this requirement. While the self-hosted version does offer static IP support and addresses this issue, it also means I have to handle hosting and managing the infrastructure myself. This undermines the main advantage of using a managed service in the first place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
