I find Honey Badger very effective at detecting fraud that I can’t detect with credit bureau, device, or email data. It reduces our fraud losses and helps us accept more marginal customers. I like how quickly the team works and responds, and how flexible they are with feedback, API adjustments, and questions. They help us get up and running quickly and use the data, and they’re open to discussing how we use it and which data points might be valuable to test. They’ve also spun up new APIs for us when we needed to look at data differently. Having access to lots of data and being able to use specific points, including the time or date of an event, helps us be more nuanced about which customers to target or decline.
