What I like best about Homebase is its reliability and ease of use. We've used it for more than five years, and it has consistently handled scheduling, time tracking, and team communication without issues. The interface is intuitive for both managers and employees, and it has saved us a significant amount of administrative time. What do you dislike about Homebase? \> There isn't much I dislike about Homebase. The two improvements I'd most like to see are a complete history of changes made to each shift, including who made them and when, and integration with our franchise POS system so labor and sales data can be viewed together. Homebase already integrates with many POS systems, so this is more of a limitation of our franchise software than Homebase itself. What problems is Homebase solving and how is that benefiting you? Homebase has eliminated the headaches of creating schedules, tracking employee hours, and managing time-off requests. Before using it, those tasks were much more manual and time-consuming. Now our employees can view schedules, clock in and out, swap shifts, and communicate through one platform, while managers have real-time visibility into attendance and labor. It's saved us countless administrative hours, reduced scheduling errors, and made payroll preparation much simpler.
