I really like that Holafly offers me a data service abroad at a reasonable price, which adds significant value to our operations when we travel overseas. I find it very useful to have unlimited data for a set fee, which helps control costs. I love how easy it is to buy a Holafly, scan the code, and install it. I think they could greatly improve user technical support. When I encounter a problem, it is very difficult because there is no person I can speak to directly, and everything has to be done through a chat. This becomes an impossible task if I don't have data or internet. Also, I would like there to be no restrictions on making calls abroad from the area where I am.
